Was surprised to get a message from Zhu Zhu (piggy) through friendster today. She is one of my closer secondary school mates whom I have lost contact with for quite a while. Just went to friendster and was suprised to see that she is already married and she has grown into a pretty gal (not that she was ugly previously, but she was very ‘chubby’ back then). So happy to see that she is leading a happy life now. Cant wait to talk to her via MSN…. too bad she is offline now…

Comments: The portion is relatively big and the food are quite nice. For those who like the korean ginseng chicken soup with a strong ginseng taste, you should try this. Surprising, the green vege here are VERY nice. For a person who dont take vege, it’s amazing that the vege turns out to be my favourite dish.

It’s now 2.27am and I have just finished my 2 position charter for ops and registrar office. Frankly, I dont know what I am writing. I dont even understand the whole concept fully, how to write a meaningful one? Anyway, did my best by referring to samples from many other department though its NOT of any relevance. It’s a 1st draft anyway, cant expect much from an amateur. Shoulders and neck aching madly, it’s been 7 days in a row that I have worked till after 2am and sleeping late. Pimples are popping out on my forehead now and I think I can join the ‘panda’ group soon. Haiz. Ming ku ah… *sob*

It’s now 2.45am… I have just barely finished my slides for tomorrow’s review. Still have a big chunk on enrollment numbers that I got to work on. Luckily the meeting is pushed to tomorrow’s afternoon, so I still got some time to do in the morning. My arms, neck and shoulders are aching madly… been on the laptop typing and clicking till almost 5am for the past few days… (those who thought that I am on leave to have fun, I am not!) Cant wait for weekends to come so that I can have a good rest. Argh, this Sat has a last MBA class, dont know who can stay yet. If no one can, I got to stay again… v tired. sob.
Charles’ Birthday November 13, 2006

Went for a BBQ session at my 2nd sister place today. It’s actually to pre-celebrate Charles’ birthday (actual day on 18th Nov). It’s been a long time since we have a family gathering and a number of Charles’ friends (along with their parents) came along too. We were so worried that it might rain today as the place is not sheltered and the weather has been wet for the past many weeks. Luckily everything went on smoothly and we all had a great time (except for a slight ‘clashing’ session at the beginning of the session – those who are involved, you know who you are ;p).
My poor hubby was the ‘designated chef’ throughout the whole session. He stood at the BBQ pit from 5pm to 8pm and have been BBQing for almost everyone. Haiz. Must sayang him for his effort. Keep up the good work!

External Num Pad & Gaming Mouse Pad November 12, 2006

Went to a computer shop today at Compass Point before going for my nephew’s birthday celebration. Bought an external number pad, hoping to resolve my long-term agony of the inconvenience to type numbers when doing report on my laptop. But it’s still a different feeling from the number pad on a keyboard and it has this slight issue of not able to type alphabets for my laptop when I on the num lock function. A portion of the alphabet keys turn to symbol just like u press them with a shift key. Argh.
My hubby bought a ULTRA BIG mouse pad for gaming purpose also. He claims that it has 2 types of surface that facilitate gaming – I still dont understand what’s the diff. Anyway, I might need to get an extra keyboard still. Sob.

Check this out! Isnt it cool? It’s in pink and is a flip phone – the exact match that I am looking out for. Hmm, but still need to check out the size and other related functions though… I only know it’s a 3G phone which is a MUST cause I have been ’suan’ by my friends for not carrying a 3G phone. Argh.
Another disadvantage is that the functions for Sony Ericsson is quite different from that of Nokia and Samsung, there might be a bit of difficulty getting use to it. More exploring required, must CONTROL and not make impulsive purchase!
Update on 10 Nov 06: I have gone to see the physical phone today. Oh no, the pink is UGLY! Argh, there goes my possible choice. Got to source around again… Sob.

I am feeling so tired that I can just collapse the next moment. I am rushing graduation list & prize winners list and escrow like hell and 90-90 is just round the corner. I havent touch on my student register yet… could feel my head on the chopping board already. This sat is going to be a full day work for me and I need to go for BBQ on Sunday for my nephew’s birthday. No rest again! Argh… my shoulders have been aching for the whole day and I still got to work on escrow now… sob sob. Ming ku ah.
