Early Bird? April 26, 2007

It was 3.00am. I have just finished my report and hit the bed. He suddenly woke up about 5 mins later, went to the bathroom and started to brush his teeth. Then he gently walked across the room, opened the wardrobe and started to dress up. Just when I thought what he is busy with, he came to me and said “Dear, I am going to work”.

I took my phone to check the time with him right behind me. With a stunned voice, he said “Dont tell me it’s only 3.00am now!”. Never knew he like to be an ‘early bird’ when it comes to work. Tsk tsk :)

Have you ever encountered anyone with brain made of grass? I have. Despite the many reminders, he can still forget about the things he is supposed to do or do things that he is not supposed to. I can’t believe that a human with normal brain can be SO absent-minded. Beyond hope.

Check out my updated header, with contribution from Lieen – thumbs up, swee.

Went on a mini-shopping spree today after weeks of ‘hibernation’ for SQC. ‘Accomplishments’ as follows:

  • Ettusais lip balm
  • Ettusais lip gloss
  • Proactiv cleanser
  • Loreal cleanser (strongly recommended by Lieen. Feels ok but not perfect. Don’t quite like the smell. Will prob check out Neutrogena or Clarin’s cleanser after this finishes)

That’s all for now. Time to do report again. Argh.

Concussed April 7, 2007

How come I feel like I have gone back to the examination period during my school days? To work non-stop from 11am to 6am on the next day (a whole 19 hours) is really an uphill task. I was completely concussed when J called at 10.30am this morning asking if I am going into office. A few thoughts flashed across my mind – to get out of bed and prepare for work (takes about an hour), wait for cab (15 mins) and travel to office (half an hour) OR brush up and start working at home.

My decision was quickly made upon seeing Sidney’s msg that there is a SOC briefing today and that is to stay at home. Why? – I need to run thru’ the SOC list to be given to Acad by 12.30pm before the briefing so that they can run through it. To waste time on getting ready and traveling is non-productive. Argh… my weekend is gonna burn for work again. Counting down to Thurs…

It must be a sign that I SHOULD get a new bag. Just check my email and receive a mail from DFS on the latest weekend hamptons collection and it’s very nice also! (drooling drooling) ~ I wonder why it is not shown on the Coach main site though. Must pop by DFS soon.

Look at these 2 babes. Arent they pretty? Oh mine, it’s simply irresistible. I am going crazy with all my ‘wants’. But either of these is going to burn another hole in my pocket. Would be around 800 – 1,000 at least. Argh, should I or should I not. Another dilemma…. sob.

PSP in PINK! April 2, 2007

This is related to my earlier article on PSP (click here). I have actually got a Neon 2 and dropped the idea of owning a PSP. BUT….. I saw this pink PSP in a magazine lately and I couldnt get it off my mind since then. It would be so cool to own it and carry it around. Should I or should I not? I am seriously in a dilemma for fear that it would be just another impulse buying and it will just end up being a white elephant. It’s really kinda heavy and if I am going to use my buckle handbag, there is no extra room to squeeze it in. So I might end up having to buy another mid-size bag just to ‘house’ it. Argh, agony…
