With the recent breakouts, been trying all sorts of skincare products desperately. Was recommended to use Dr. Hauschka, an organic based skincare range, by a Korean friend who had similar condition when she first arrived in Singapore. Think I had splurge about S$200 so far… will have to see if it works, pray hard.

It’s xmas time again. It’s definitely a festive season for sharing and giving, and everytime this year, I will be splurging on gifts and candies for my friends and colleagues. The pic shows some of the items that I have bought for my colleagues this year. In turn, I also received some kitty stuff like memo pad, paper clip holder, pen, mirror and of course not forgetting those from Lieen and my favourite PSP slim from hubby.

Due to the recent condition of my face (oiliness, breakouts and pigmentation), I went on a mask craze hoping that each will help to improve the respective problems. As of last Fri, I have 4 types of masks on hand to be used on rotational basis… neutrogena one seems to be quite ‘diluted’ in comparison with SKII as there wasnt much serum left for me to massage into the face after 15 mins. Anyway, got a Clinique face mist under the recommendation of Lieen. Hope it works for me.

Gee, gave my PSP slim a ‘make-over’ today. Can’t find an ideal wallpaper on the web, so ended up customizing one myself. It wasn’t that difficult, just about finding the right pic in the about the right size and colour so that you can edit it to fit the PSP size.

Oh, and for the sake of ‘beauty’, the headphone must also match the colour of the PSP. A black headphone is a strict no-no. Managed to find this Philips headphone that comes in 5 interchangeable colours. Can’t wait to use it tomorrow. Anyway my lappy is ‘burning-out’ soon as I have been converting movie serials from VCDs… each takes about an hour… argh.

After much deliberation… here it is finally – PSP slim in Rose Pink! My hubby bought this for me as Xmas present since I have been eyeing on it for quite a while already. Itself with modification cost about S$290 but I added a 4gb memory card, a battery that last for 4 hrs instead of the original 2 hrs, and a 8-in-one accessory pack that includes screen protector, crystal casing, pouch, data cable, TV outlet cable etc… So total cost is S$500… Guess it’s a good deal (dont tell me if you can find better deal, else my heart will ache).Anyway my hubby has been playing it today instead of me. I havent figure out how to use yet since the manual is in Jap. Argh. Must spend time to ’study’ it tomorrow. Gee.

Just found out that my stylist has left Reds and opened a saloon on her own at Raffles Shopping Arcade this week. I made an appt immediately on the next day (Fri) and did a soft rebond at her place. Spent about S$300 on that day (heart pain) but guess it’s about the same rate at most places with haircut and one hair pdt. Anyway, they have this lucky draw thing and I got myself a Loreal eye shadow palette. The colours are quite nice… Hope I get the hamper for the grand draw on 25th Dec too (since they say my baby might bring me luck).

Yoz, hereby wishing you an early Happy Birthday before the 17th Dec in case I got no time to blog on that day. Hope you like the Stila gift set that I have bought (must use the eye liner huh). Stay pretty pretty always.

Oh, and big thanks to the kitty stuff that you have bought me. The cushion turns into a blanket and the pouch contains a little mirror, so cute. Love them all. Havent try the white dress though, will see if I can wear to show you in our next meet-up. Gee.

Argh. In urgent need to secure a confinement nanny… Had enquired with agency previously but due to my sister’s ‘helpfulness’ and ‘encouragement’ to do it at my parents’ place, I did not secure one. Who knows my ‘DEAR’ sister suddenly back out and ask me to do my confinement ALONE at my place (think she is trying to drive me crazy), thus I got to frantically look for one in 4 months’ time now. Please let me know if you have any good recommendation. *PISS*

Update on 2008.01.08: Managed to secure a confinement nanny last night through the recommendation of my neighbour. Can only hope that she is good since it’s purely based on ‘phone interview’. Pray hard.

Last week was our Annual Convention, Graduation and Dinner… The entire China team was in town, including our pal Emily. Eve and gang has keenly suggested a ‘gathering’ with Emily and here it is, a group photo taken during our dining at Highlander Bar, Clarke Quay.

Anyway we originally wanna keep the expense low by choosing Clarke Quay over Hotel Buffet but the bill came up to a shocking S$370+. I think it’s better to stick to buffet next time. Gee.
