Congrats to Puay Hoon and Rizal… your angel finally came out to see this world on 13 Oct 2009 at 4.42pm. A memorable moment indeed.

I have always had the perception that the circle line would link up the North-East Line and North-South Line directly but regretfully this is not the case. I took a train from Punggol and excitedly switched to circle line at Serangoon. Looking at the map, I only see Bishan and not any other NS stations. That’s when I realised I have to do one more switch at Bishan in order to get to NS line. Luckily it’s a one-off thing. Can’t imagine having to do this everyday if it’s part of my work journey. Phew.

It’s been a long while since I took train service from Punggol MRT. Noted that there are now ‘reserved’ and ‘priority’ seats for the pregnant/old/handicap/mother with kids which I thought was a pretty good initiative. Regretfully, there are still inconsiderate people who just throw their bums on these seats when there are plenty of empty seats around.

Spent my afternoon on mani/pedicure and browsing at Borders, followed by a nice dinner at Coffee Club. After all the relaxation, it’s now time to get back to work… still need to rush statistics for the coming 90-90… sob.

So frustrated. Missed out on my robinson card bill and got fined late charges and interest. Called to ask for waiver and they say they have waived once before in March 09 and thus cannot waive again. What kind of rigid system is this? Anyway I have used the card because it was Robinson sale and I thought there will be discount, end up also pay net fee. Now got to pay late charge somemore. I am going to dump the card at home and cancel it the moment subscription fee is due. Crap.

Having mixed feeling on the possible chaos that is upcoming…. seriously hope that the system is robust enough to withstand the changes in my absence. Not hoping for any appreciation or recognition of effort, but it’s afterall my 7.5 years of effort…
